Team & Members
Team settings, inviting people, roles, and transferring ownership.
A team is a shared workspace: panels, studies, and reports are visible to everyone in it. Manage it from the workspace dropdown.
Team settings
Under the team's Settings you can set the team name, its slug (the short identifier in links), and a logo. The same area holds the option to delete the team — permanent, and only for owners, so treat it carefully.
Inviting people
Open Members and use Invite Members:
- Enter the person's email and pick a role.
- Use Add another member to invite several at once.
- Click Send Invites.
Pending invitations appear under Pending Invites, where you can resend or remove them. Invited people join the team once they accept.
Roles
- Owner — full control, including billing, members, and team settings.
- Member — does research (panels, studies, reports) but not team administration.
There is exactly one Primary Owner. Some actions — notably starting paid work like generating a panel — are reserved for owners; a member who hits one of these is told to ask an owner.
Changing membership
From a member's row you can Change role or Remove them, and an owner can Transfer ownership to someone else. You can also leave a team you no longer need to be part of.
Good to know
- Everything belongs to the team, not to individuals — removing a member doesn't delete the panels or studies they created.
- Plan who the owner(s) are before inviting broadly; owner-only actions (billing, paid runs) shouldn't bottleneck on one person being away.
