Managing Panels

Rename, archive, inspect members, and query a panel's corpus.

Your panels live in the Panels library (open it from the sidebar). Team panels can be maintained; Standard panels are read-only building blocks.

In the panel library

For a Team panel you can:

  • Rename it to something your team will recognize.
  • Archive it when it's no longer needed, and Unarchive it later.

Use the Show active / Show archived toggle to switch views, and Load more to page through a long list. Archiving is the normal way to free a Panel Slot without losing the panel — it stays available to restore.

Inspecting a panel

To understand a panel before using it, ask the agent about it in chat. It can show:

  • Panel details — latest version, size, creation date, and aggregate makeup.
  • Panel members — the individual members of the panel.
  • Corpus profiles — the broader pool the panel draws from.

You can also query the corpus: ask the agent to filter the underlying population by traits and see counts and short bios. This is a good way to sanity- check that an audience contains who you expect before you run a study against it.

Discussing a panel in chat

From a panel's page, Discuss in chat opens the agent with that panel already referenced (shown as a chip with its name). It's the quickest way to say "use this one" — build a study on it, compare it, or ask about its makeup. Remove the reference with the X on the chip.

Good to know

  • Renaming and archiving affect the Team panel for everyone in the workspace.
  • Archiving a panel doesn't touch studies or reports that already used it — they keep their frozen version and vintage.
