Attachments & Stimuli
Add files to the conversation and turn an image into a study stimulus.
You can bring your own material into the conversation — a brief, a concept, or a design you want reactions to.
Attaching files
Use Attach files in the composer to add:
- Documents up to 25 MB
- Images up to 10 MB
If a file is too large or an unsupported type, the composer tells you right away so you can pick another. Attached files stay with the message you send them on; you can remove one before sending, or download it again later.
Turning an image into a stimulus
A stimulus is something you show the panel during a study — most often an image, such as a packaging design or an ad.
When you attach an image, you can Promote to Stimulus to make it available to the study you're building. Once promoted, it shows up in the study's stimulus list, where you can name and organize it — see Stimuli & Languages.
Good to know
- Promote an image before you start the survey — a running study can't take new stimuli.
- Keep stimulus images clear and self-contained; the panel reacts to exactly what it sees.
